DutiesGreet and guide patients and visitors within Emergency department * ensure wheelchairs available if needed * provide appropriate comfort measures and support to patients and their family members awaiting treatment * support patient experience research (data collection)

Saturday: Evening (6 pm-9 pm) 
Sunday: Morning (9 am-12 noon) 
Shifts Monday to Sunday 9 am-12 noon * 12 pm-3 pm * 3 pm-6 pm * 6 pm-9 pm * Back-Up Floats help with coverage doing at least 2 shifts a months with flexibility as one chooses shifts
