DutiesContact Alzheimer Society Durham Region (ASDR) clients and families by phone to make sure that they know about all the services and supports they are able to access * make follow up phone calls to those who are interested in connecting with supports * connect clients with appropriate Family Support staff for counselling and Recreation Coordinator for those interested in social and recreation programs * log transactions with clients in the client data base following call
