DutiesGrant writer and fundraiser * increase public awareness of campaigns, liaise/ partner with medical practitioners who have been under-educated on rare conditions/disorders/ diseases * locate biographical, financial and philanthropic information sources * develop and write grant proposals to foundations and other grant-making organizations * communicate the Carion Fenn Foundation’s mission and programs to potential funders * work with the Director to assemble and submit grant requests, establish and maintain foundation contacts, conduct prospect research * maintain a calendar of submissions and other deadlines
