DutiesWork with fellow 4H club leaders to mentor youth, plan club meetings and activities and have fun * using 'Learn To Do By Doing' motto involve young people and communicate with parents * become involved with all aspects of club including Achievement Program, club finances, club awards * follow 4-H policies and procedures and coordinate and communicate with 4-H staff
