Duties | Support adults with developmental disability by bringing skills and talents to the Day Programs at The Clarington Project * cooking, baking and Hot Lunch Thursday * teach Zumba, tai chi, dance or organize walks or hikes for the Health and Wellness recreation program * creative art skills, wood working, pottery or jewelry making for the Art and Creative Expression * Life Skills sessions include money management, internet safety and job skill preparedness * participate in community visits, shopping or recreational activities * share your special skill or hobby with the people Community Living Oshawa Clarington supports * provide transportation to and from the hub so members can participate in all the activities May-September * summer volunteers needed who are keen to encourage members to participate in physical fitness, walking, working out, outdoor time and activities at a nearby park | |||
