Description (Service) Seniors social club * drop-in recreational programs * adult 55+ focused courses in fitness, creative arts, dance, computers and general interest programs * wellness and lifestyle seminars, trips and travel * special events throughout year * lunch-time café and meals for purchase * access to Abilities Centre walking track Mon-Fri 5:30 am-10:30 am * 55+ Recreation newsletter published four times a year and monthly information e-blasts for those on-line
