Grocery Order and Delivery Service  
Seniors call 905-576-6712 ext. 2830 or email groceries@oscc.ca with grocery list and staff will be in touch to confirm delivery and payment * payments must be by cheque to the grocery store  
 
Telephone Outreach Program 
Register to receive regular check-in calls to reduce feelings of isolation and provide care and concern * free service available to anyone 55 or older in the Durham community * to register, please call 905-576-6712 ext. 2830 or email info@oscc.ca 
 
Online Programs 
Free interactive programs accessible at www.oscc.ca/onlineprograms through a computer, smart phone or a tablet * includes Zumba, yoga, wellness seminars, general interest workshops, current events, cooking demonstrations and more

Engaging with community through the OSCC55+ Facebook page www.facebook/OSCC55plus/ with entertaining videos, useful links, programs and fitness demonstrations to help keep seniors engaged and active * people invited to comment, share and like to keep our seniors’ community connected and strong

Resource guide to assist older adults with access to services in the community * can be found at www.oscc.ca/stayconnected and at various businesses in Oshawa * grocery stores or pharmacies interested in receiving copies may contact staff at 905-576-6712 ext. 2830 to request a drop off

Leisure Programs: Recreation, Special Events and Continuing Education 
Drop-in recreation activities take place throughout the branches daily * Special Events are offered throughout the month and courses are offered quarterly in general interest, computers, arts and fitness in all branches 
 
Support Services 
Available at all branch locations * Older Adult Day Program (John Street, Northview and Conant branch, Specialized ADP at Faith Place) * foot care, health promotions * income tax assistance, information, van transportation * wellness and meal service 
 
Recreation and Drop-In Services  
Shuffleboard, carpet bowling, billiards * badminton, darts, floor curling * tennis, softball, cards and chess * volleyball, special events, day trips * euchre, bridge, cribbage * dances and glee club 
 
The Peer Mentoring Program 
Trained volunteers listen to the needs of peers * assistance to anyone over 55 facing the challenges of aging, adjusting to life after loss * decision making, connections in the community * all calls are confidential
