Description (Service) Programs to clients of any age affected with low or no vision * vision assessments * Vision Rehabilitation trains individuals to use various low vision aids, technical aids available for purchase * Independent Living Skills program assists clients to maintain independence, develop practical skills for daily living * Braille and keyboard training * Orientation and Mobility Instruction for travel with independence and safety * Library Services with materials on CD, materials on Braille and descriptive videos
