Description (Service) Support to adults with emotional and mental health issues * volunteers trained in communication and life skills work with clients 
Group Support 
Trained volunteers provide clients with emotional support and help in acquiring life and coping skills * clients determine the goals they want to achieve to help them live successfully in the community * for caregivers and people experiencing depression and anxiey * groups are co-facilitated by staff and volunteers * support groups are psycho-educational, open and ongoing * for adults and seniors

Outreach and supportive services for high risk older adults over age 65 living in the community with needs related to mental health and/or aging  
Information and referral on mental health services in the community
